B+2 and RFF B+1 are officially the Talon's Elbows and an unexpected addition in V2.01. Hwoarang has historically struggled against Reversals, Parries, or Sabakis so this weakness is being removed a bit. This is because these two elbows are highs instead of being a mid. Timings will still be played around and they are only so many times one can use this to check those three defensive options.
