Twin Mustang (WS+1,4) most likely over took Tsunami Kick (WS+4,4) as the main WS Punish for -13 to -12 lows. This is because it does five more damage and has the frame advantage as well. It doesn't help that WS+4,4 on block did get nerfed to -9 on block which slightly reduces its value. The brand new move is also a mirrored version of DF+1,3 as the 2nd kick is the same exact animation except to Right Flamingo Stance (RFS) instead of Left Flamingo Stance (LFS).
