The Frames in either Flamingo Stance (LFS/RFS) do look good on paper and give off the impression that the Talon has all this frame advantage in his favor. There are a few situation that do prove that assumption right, but most of the situations on block are actually designed to keep him afloat. It isn't a far conclusion to state that Hwoarang is taking a risk anytime he decides to enter Flamingo Stance.
