The best word to describe Hwoarang's While Standing Punishment is decent. This is because he has a good i11 WS punish, a damaging i14 WS punish, and the newly added i15 WS Launcher to punish launch punishable lows from crouching. It does the work it needs to do but it can get stronger by adding one technique to the Talon's bag. Once a player has that, I'll be looking forward to see how far they'd go with the Taekwondo practitioner.
