Pretty much all of the pickups have been implemented with their respective functions from the original with few exceptions.

Weapon pickups are implemented 90%'ish The ammo pickups are fully implemented.

The 4 colored keys have been implemented fully. All of the special keys have been put in, but some aren't functional yet.

The powerups are implemented, but a couple of them still need work.

The "power downs" like the poison and tainted medical supplies have been implemented, but only the poison currently works, and at the moment is using Thing_Damage to deal the 15 damage the original game did, but the character enters their pain state while doing so.

The original didn't do this. Instead, the character says a special voice line when picking these up, interally, called "Custom" (except for Akiko I believe).
