Hyper Light Drifter - 26 - mathematical logic
63okay, so, hear me out.
One of the main strength of this game is how it communicates so much without using any language. However, this means that every little detail counts.
I beat the event thing there, and the screen glows for a second, and I see a saving icon. But then more enemies show up, and I die. And when I respawn, I notice that it actually hasn't 'saved' my character's state - I'm still holding the gun I was holding when I first started the game.
So I get conflicted information. Something happened, but did it actually save?
And this is how I ended up with a 3h37min video, until I finally manage to beat one EXTRA round, and confirmed that.. it was all for nothing.
But I needed to know!
I mean I guess I could have looked it up but I don't want accidental spoilers so...
