PS4 Pro uses screen space reflections and the base PS4 doesn't seem to use them at all.

PS4 Pro uses a dynamic resolution with the highest native resolution found being approximately 2293x1290 and the lowest native resolution found being approximately 1813x1020. PS4 Pro uses a temporal reconstruction technique to increase the resolution up to 2560x1440. PS4 Pro appears to downsample from the stated resolution when outputting at 1080p with forced supersampling disabled.

PS4 uses a dynamic resolution with the highest native resolution found being approximately 1720x968 and the lowest native resolution found being approximately 1486x836. PS4 uses a temporal reconstruction technique to increase the resolution up to 1920x1080.
