Xbox One X renders at a native resolution of 1920x1080.

Xbox One S uses a dynamic resolution with the highest native resolution found being 1600x900 and the lowest native resolution found being approximately 960x540. Xbox One S uses temporal upsampling to increase the resolution up to 1600x900 when rendering natively below that resolution. Xbox One S renders the UI at 1920x1080.
