Playthrough | Part 4: A Temporary Truce
Time to continue on.
Our next stop is Thelad Sanctuary. With Noire in our party, she can wield weapons with a wider range. Take advantage so that way you can deal multiple hits and level up the EXE Drive. Much of our time is devoted to battling enemies. We also meet another character named MAGES. She's another character that will hopefully be joining our party later.
Eventually we face off against a Slash Dog and it's a tough fight. Tough but not impossible if you can force a Guard Break and then deal major damage in terms of moves. And trust me you're going to need it. With it defeated, the crew return back and deliver the news. It seems the plants are doing a lot more damage to Lastation especially the forests. With no forests, then it means people can't live there anymore. For Noire it's a bit personal as Lastation is her home to protect. Neptune & Noire spend some time together. Neptune may be a bit annoying but to Noire, she isn't that bad.
I had to grind up a bit before continuing. See you in Part 5 for where the training I went through pays off.
