Playthrough | Part 20 – Rescue Yasuko from Shibata (Tanimura)
Difficulty: Normal
We're still continuing Tanimura's story. We take the time to do another sub-story or two but onwards is all story.
Tanimura encounters a hostess owner who has found Yasuko. He meets her but before he can get any information, Shibata Family goons show up. After beating them down, she escapes. Tanimura heads for the Docks and deals with more Shibata Family thugs. They can be tough but if you take advantage of Heat Actions like the Essence of Arresting you should do fine. The only problem is that they will flood much of the area with oil making your moves slippery. If you have items that can deal damage, use them.
Once all the thugs are dealt with, Tanimura overhears Shibata talking with Arai. Yasuko is tied up as well. Turns out she got kidnapped. As Shibata is ready to enjoy some sweet revenge, he ends up shot by Arai. Despite the fact that Yasuko was responsible for spilling Shibata family bloody by killing some of their thugs. Arai simply says that Shibata was nothing but a pawn. A pawn towards Arai and Katsuragi. He even goads on saying that he was with Katsuragi from the beginning.
Arai states that Shibata agreed to help Katsuragi in exchange for leverage in the Tojo Clan. But it turns out Shibata bit off more than he can chew and now ends up paying the price. Tanimura arrives, ready to arrest Arai only for Arai to vanish. Yasuko gets rescued but Tanimura doesn't get the answers he wants due to Shibata's death.
