"Hyperdrive" WIP week 4

0I'm going to be busy this weekend, so I've done bits and pieces in my free time during the week. The changes I've made are:
Started learning how to implement particles. I have added
- Thruster when accelerating
- Sparks when colliding with the wall (they don't show up too well against the red wall though)
- Smoke when the health drops to 20 or below.
Also, once the health is depleted, the ship will crash before the game over screen is displayed.
