Basic main menu
Basic game over screen
Main player sprite is now a spaceship (drawn by myself)
"Narrow" tunnel piece
Randomly appearing power ups: Health up, speed down
Randomly appearing coins.
Score (1 point per coin)
Re-written, better performing tunnel generation code.
