"Hyperdrive" WIP weekend 6

A few relatively substantial changes this week.

Difficulty settings: At the moment all it does it set the height of the tunnel and gives a bonus multiplier at the end (Easy x0.75, Medium x1, Hard x1.25)
Tunnel changes colour - each time the speed multiplier reaches a whole number it cycles to the next colour, fading smoothly from one to the next.
Difficulty balances - Speed reaches x4 faster, then from there acceleration is slowed down (otherwise it gets too difficult too quickly). Health is reduced from 100 to just 3! But hitting the wall only does 1 damage. Health powerups give 1 extra health.

I *still* need a proper name for the game, and more sounds effects/music.

Also, next on the agenda is probably replacing the walls with something that isn't just a solid colour. Patterns, pipes, I don't know what else.
