I had a really good 18:xx run the other day, but didn't record it, so I decided I at least wanted a "best recorded" time so that my splits weren't blank. I didn't really hold out hope of beating that time because that run had a really good key spawn. I've been really improving my early game though, so despite a terrible key spawn, forgetting my route midway through, and giving up altogether toward the end, I managed to shave a couple of minutes off.

The splits timer says 15:41, but the leaderboard says 15:42 so that's the time I put in the title.

Thanks to Fulgur14 for pointing out that monsters don't spawn in the icy land if you don't pick up any diamonds, and Fififionek for noticing that the heat trail stays around long enough to skip collecting dead orbs. I think this route has a lot of promise. A better key spawn could push this down another couple of minutes, and there are a few other pretty costly mistakes here, so for the first time ever WR doesn't seem totally impossible.
