HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 wireless review with mic test
44Hello this is the Provoked Prawn, back again with another HyperX headset review. This time I'm talking about the HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 wireless. I've been testing this (reasonably) affordable headset out on PC and having a lot of fun with it. It offers surprisingly good sound, it has loud drivers and its comfortable too. I'm using the microphone for the voice over for this video, so you can hear what that's likely immediately. It's actually really capable!

Large and comfortable ear cushions
Flexible headband makes for an easy fit
Comfortable padding
Easy to wear for hours
Decent padding
Lightweight fit
Good sound and positional audio for the money
Really LOUD
Wireless range is insane
Bad things:
I had issues with connectivity when I had too many wireless dongles plugged into my PC
20 hours of battery life isn't that great
Mic monitor leads to a white noise which is horrible
You need Ngenuity to use mic monitoring and it keeps turning off?
