Central Keep: Lightning-attribute My Fairy (starts with Marathon Runner)
Head to each of the 3 keeps that contain Magic-Stash Troops so you can successfully distract each of the captains marching to the Allied Base. If you can will it, plan your route so you can take on all 3 on the Bridge of Eldin in the northwest quadrant of the map. You'll also have a Wandering Spirit to contend with while you're distracting the enemy troops.
Once the Enemy Base is open, Captain Keeta will appear near the Enemy Base. Attack him until he's allied with your side, then head in and take out Cia to win!
