East Keep: Postman's hat for My Fairy
Even if you decide to skip getting Sheik's level 3 harp, you can still do this one pretty fast. Pick one side of the map to capture keeps on and go down that side. You should be able to capture 5 keeps in about 30-45 seconds each or even faster if you manage to take out a Dinolfols in a keep. If you're still short a keep by the time you get to the keeps controlled by Rogue Forces in the south, start working your way to the eastern half of the map and capture your remaining keeps so you have your six.
Once the Enemy Base opens, you're safe to head in and take out Lana to win!
