While 5 captains may seem a bit overwhelming, they're easily taken out. This should allow you to take some out while going around and stopping the Recruiter units from making Attack and Defense Specialists ally with the Rogue Forces. In addition to all the hectic stuff on the table already, Keep Saboteurs from the Enemy Forces will be going around and weakening your keeps.
Once all the Rogue Captains are taken out, the Rogue Base will open. At this point, Manhandla Stalks will appear and begin targeting your general area. Feel free to take them out, or just head in and take out Zelda to win!
