Despite the level of the mission, you won't need to worry about the Healers too much. Head for the Dark Zant in the middle and they'll all come to you. After you take out one Dark Zant, the second should be in range for you to attack and when you're done with the second, the third should be there. As long as you're efficient in taking out the Dark Zant's and their clones when they divide, you should be good to go without even seeing the Healers.
