You'll be hunting for fairies to dispel the barriers around keeps. Capture the Central Keep to rescue the fairy there and take out the first Fairy Hunter on the map to get another fairy. I'd recommend breaking the green pot in the Central Keep to get a full magic fill so you can use Focus Spirit to power through a barrier keep to avoid waiting for another Fairy Hunter to appear. After taking one of the required keeps, Barrier Specialists will appear and need to be taken out so you don't have 2 more keeps to worry about.
Once the Enemy Base opens, head over and take out Cia before Link gets taken out trying to take her down!
