I am NOT Getting a Switch 2!
63Nintendo Switch 2 just came out, and there are loads of people buying the console and its accessories.
This person bought the Nintendo Switch 2 and loads of accessories and games. Jeez. That's like nearly a thousand dollars investment. I remembered when I bought the Nintendo Switch and how awesome that console is, until I barely used it and I gave it to my sister where she used it to play Stardew Valley.
My biggest complaint for the Nintendo Switch is the joy cons. It's not because they're drifting. It's because they are generally built like movie prop glass. They are so fragile I went through like 4 pairs of them. All of them are broken, and they cost so freaking expensive. Forget Nintendo not fixing their drift issues. They don't even bother fixing the whole joy cons.
I'm definitely not getting a Switch 2. Some of their games aren't tempting enough for me to buy. Mario Kart World is really not worth that $80 price tag. I already played Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom on emulators. Street Fighter VI, Cyberpunk 2077, and Hogwarts Legacy are all on Steam, and you can play them on the Steam Deck or any of its clones.
But hey, if you're buying them, I hope you have fun with them. It's your money at the end of the day. You're the one who knows how to have fun for yourself.
