19Plenty of people are enjoying the Nintendo Switch 2 so far. Some people have issues with other people's purchases, though.
"You can buy Cyberpunk for maybe $50 max right now on PS5 or PC."
True, but some people are not looking to play the game on a PS5 or PC, even if it's a portable PC like a Steam Deck or its clones. They're looking for a Nintendo handheld console.
"Nintendo is getting away like bandits with this."
Yeah, and they will continue to get away with it so long as they make products that are good enough for consumers. Is the Switch 2 perfect? No. It has plenty of flaws that are enough to prevent me and many others from buying one, but it's certainly good enough for others. That's why loads of people are still willing to give them a pass.
If they make crap products and people are buying them, then maybe we can have a conversation, but right now, as it stands, the Switch 2 is good enough for plenty of people who want to buy them. So, I don't blame people buying a Nintendo Switch 2, but I am blaming people who says they're not buying one, but they're buying it anyway. I wonder who does that.
