9I finally did my first back flip, on flat ground (with a mat still) and by myself, no spotting! This happened last week and I was SO excited and SO happy! This past week, I did a bunch more back flips and some other things as well, but mostly flips. It's basically a back flip compilation. I'm just so happy I can finally do back flips! I am still going a lot backwards, but I'm landing on my feet, most of the time stable, so that's great. Now I just need to get more comfortable with them so I can improve them even more. And take away the mat. I can finally do back flips on flat ground by myself! Please enjoy the beauty that is my totally flawless back flips! I'm kidding...
