I Can't Send Messages On TikTok (Fixed!)
2In this tutorial video, I will quickly guide you on what you can do if you aren't able to send messages on TikTok.
1) Update the TikTok app to the latest version
2) Open TikTok and login to your account
3) Check if your TikTok account's age is under 16
4) To update your age, contact TikTok support
5) On your profile page, tap on the hamburger icon on the top right followed by the Settings option at the bottom
6) Go to Settings and Privacy and tap on Report a Problem
7) Also check if the person you are trying to message has actually followed you and that you have followed him/her in return as well.
