["Suppress" Carter's Notes]
When a Survivor's Madness level progresses, you can see that Survivor's aura for 3 seconds.
Survivors in Madness will experience the Suppressed effect.
Increases the duration of Doctor Hallucinations by 6 seconds.
Doctor Hallucinations can be seen at any Madness level.
["Sedate" Carter's Notes]
Increases Terror Radius by 8 meters while Static Blast is ready.
Decreases Terror Radius by 8 meters while Static Blast is on cooldown.
Survivors in Madness will experience the Sedated effect.
Madness II: Survivors can hear hallucinated heartbeats intermittently from a distance within the Terror Radius.
Madness III: Survivors can hear hallucinated heartbeats constantly from a distance within the Terror Radius.

Surge
When a Survivor is put into the dying state with a basic attack, all generators within a 32 meter radius instantly explode and begin to lose repair progress. Generators affected by Surge instantly lose (6/7/8)% of their repair progress.
Source of Agony
Increases Terror Radius by (20/25/30)%.
Sloppy Butcher
Survivors injured by a basic attack receive the Bleeding and Grievous status effects for 90 seconds.
Increases the rate at which healing progress regresses due to bleeding by (15/20/25)%.
Dead Man's Switch
When a Survivor is hooked, Dead Man's Switch is activated. The first time a Survivor subsequently stops repairing a generator, the generator will be blocked by The Entity for (40, 45, or 50) seconds.
Blocked generators are highlighted with a white aura.
Dead Man's Switches cannot be reactivated while blocking a generator.
