Also to be fair to haraz, he did ask me if the build looked ok before completing the order but I was trying to act like an innocent noobie who didn't know better. You know, the kind of person to pay someone 15 bucks to make their build for them. I asked him for a build that specifically used bleed mainhand weapons and used sorceries in the offhand. He also made the fashion for the build. I ALSO asked him for a RL 120 meta level build since that was what I had heard meta was, to see if he knew that meta was 125, and he said nothing lol.
