Hey guys...so I had another tic attack. This is the first one I've had in a little while and it was legit BRUTAL. So painful and annoying and uncomfortable. I was literally in so much discomfort and my anxiety was through the roof. The WORST. I talk about what to do during a tic attack and how to help people during tic attacks. Because having a tic attack can be really awful and scary. So yeah. This is a video for educational purposes and awareness about tic attacks and Tourette Syndrome.

As a girl with Tourette's, I would love to spread awareness and education about my disorder, as I feel it is quite misunderstood in today's society. The media has made it out to be a swearing disorder only, which is far from true. I hope this video will educate you on Tourette Syndrome and tic disorders! Life with Tourettes can be difficult, but just know that we're the same as everyone else...except for the fact we tic like clocks! (:
