Hey fellow ticcers! Today's video is me dealing with tourettes on a walk...lol. I was feeling SUPER cooped up and uncomfortable and like I needed to be outside, and my tics sure acted up on this walk. Walking outside with Tourettes and tics can be embarrassing and difficult...especially when I want to have loud vocal tics. Tourettes in public is something that I'm still not used to, and I'm trying to live authentically and embrace my tics, but it's super hard. Life with Tourette Syndrome isn't easy, and I want to show the reality of Tourettes on this channel. This vlog may be boring, but genuinely doing daily tasks such as going outside for walks can be challenging...

As a girl with Tourette's, I would love to spread awareness and education about my disorder, as I feel it is quite misunderstood in today's society. The media has made it out to be a swearing disorder only, which is far from true. I hope this video will educate you on Tourette Syndrome and tic disorders! Life with Tourettes can be difficult, but just know that we're the same as everyone else...except for the fact we tic like clocks! (:
