Q: I didn't get my grade or degree
A: Please first check your spambox for an email with the subject "IK Lore Exam Result". If it is not in your spambox, please email imperialknowledge@hotmail.com with the subject line "No Degree" and specify in the email: what name did you submit, what email did you submit. That makes it easy for me to find yours. As quite a few people (~10-20) made typos in their emails, so the emails could not be delivered, or gave me their physical adress for some reason!
Q: There is a mistake on my degree, for example: Dates don't match, Name is spelled wrong, I got the wrong person's degree.
A: Please email Imperialknowledge@hotmail.com ASAP with the subject line "Degree problem" and tell me what name you submitted, what name should be on your degree, or any other info about the incorrect stuff on your degree.
Q: The degree you showed in the announcement video had a star on it, mine doesn't, wth?
A: That is the "star of excellence" given to those who got one mistake or zero mistakes. It doesn't give you extra "qualifications" but it is to reward those who really buckled down. Only ~10% of people got it.
