While not everyone appreciates the Explorer Headstock on the Les Paul Reissue body - it was made famous by Aldo Nova and repopularize and brought into the public eye by Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick. When Rick got his first one in 1996 at Gruhn's guitars - EVERYONE wanted one. Up until today, the commonly accepted fact was that Aldo had his and Rick owned all the other 11 made. Is this story true? Does Rick really own all but one - let me take you on an information journey!
