Just a friendly reminder that you CAN make it through this struggle. We all feel down from time to time and don't know what to do next, but this is a temporary thing, and it doesn't have to be your whole life. You're not bad for being upset or for feeling whatever it is you're feeling right now. You ARE human, and that's normal.
