If you want to be more creative and innovative, surround yourself with other creative and innovative people. If you want to be more knowledgeable, surround yourself with other knowledgeable people. If you want to be more financially successful and make more money, surround yourself with successful and wealthy people.
Ask yourself these questions:
Who do you need to surround yourself with so that you start becoming the future version of yourself that you want to be?
What are the people around you doing? How do they act and talk differently than the people in your current reality?
Surround yourself with people that are already doing what you want to be doing and you'll start acting in a way that will help you get there faster.
And the same is true if you've surrounded yourself with people that hold you back.
