I was working on my Ludum Dare 53'rd game and I had the best death ever while creating the enemies.

The actual reason behind it was a bug. I was playing the death animation and then enabling ragdoll in the middle of it but the ragdoll fighting against the animation glitched. I fixed it by cancelling the animation when the ragdoll started.
