I made a one-handed controller attachment for the Xbox Series X|S controller.
The 3D printed parts snap onto the controller, without modifying it.

You can print one for your right hand or your left hand. The buttons are migrated over to one side, and one of the thumb-sticks can be moved by moving the whole controller body.
