I made a 3D printable joystick extension for the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller. It's all mechanical, so you just snap it on the controller and it controls the thumbsticks and buttons through flexures and other mechanical linkages.

This uses the same flexure and stick design as my previous Xbox contraption. I was able to make the DualSense mount a bit smarter; you no longer need a strap to hold the mount in place. The shoulder button mechanism also now has one less moving part.
The thumbstick flexure has a circular stop around the thumbstick itself, which means the stick can more easily reach the whole range of motions, than before.
