I mailed Mort Goldman's Ritz Crackers Complaint Letter to Ritz. What did they say back?
In the Family Guy episode entitled "Burning Down the Bayit," season 10 episode 15 (S 10 E 15), Mort Goldman, the pharmacist who is known for Mort's Pharmacy, mails a complaint letter to the Ritz Cracker Company in hopes of receiving free merchandise. Mort writes Ritz Crackers.
The letter reads:
"Dear stuffed shirts at Ritz Crackers:
A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, just as a box of crackers is only as appealing as its least-intact sleeve. I am paying for fully-formed crackers, not butter crumbles. I don't buy your product with broken quarters, don't stick me with broken pieces of cracker, you miserable d********.
Regards--
Mort Goldman again."
I mailed the Ritz Cracker complaint letter to Mondelez International, Inc. (Mondelēz; owner of the brand Ritz Cracker). Will they just ignore the letter, or will they send something witty back? What will they do? Find out in this video!
