This was a mistake. I've never played a horror game before, but I always watched horror compilations on YouTube, so I thought I'd be desensitized enough to be able to breeze through this. I've even seen jumpscare compilations of this game in particular in my free time in the past, so I've seen all the game overs. But the thing is, since it was only really compilations, I don't know when they occur outside of some vague hints/ideas I got from the compilations. But even despite that, I thought I'd seen enough to where I'd be able to just breeze through this game without any problem. That was a mistake.

I don't understand how I reached that level of fear despite knowing all that I do about it. I guess the silence got to me.
