This was supposed to be a one-part video featuring all 124 games, except I got tired of editing and decided to split it into two parts. Then after trying to render two and a half hour long video it kept crashing on Earthworm Jim so I decided to make a three-part video.
I always wanted to make long videos in which I played as many games as possible from specific categories, but I am a very lazy person and I would always give up in the beginning thinking that am not gonna edit it anyway, so what's the point of recording all the footage. So I am very happy, that I finally make a video that I always wanted to make.
Yes, I did record all games in 10 days. One year per day and at first it was easy because it was up to 10 games per day until I reached 1996. That's the year Activision started publishing way more games and game quality improved, so even though I had to play more games, the games got more fun to play.
Part 2 will come out next week. It's all recorded and edited, just needs to be rendered and uploaded. Part 3 will come out the week after part 2. I am close to finishing working on that one.
I also wish I could play every Activision 80s game and 2000s games too, but it all depends on you. If enough people like this 90s series, then I promise I will make more of these types of videos.
I am very sorry about the audio quality. I made a big mistake of recording every game on the same audio settings. Most of the time it's fine when I upload one game per video, but with so many of them here and all of them having different sound mixes it got screwed up. If I get a chance to do other decades I promise there's not gonna be the same audio problems.
Now I hope you have fun watching this video and are going to ask me to do more videos like this. I find videos like this to be best watched in the background while doing something else. That's what I often do while working.
