this is a gym vlog that you should not take serious. I did not take it serious and do not take anything serious actually. my actual workout is below:

Push Day:
Bench Press 4 x 6 reps
Incline Dumbbell 3 x 12 reps
Chest Dips 3 x 15 reps
some tricep stuff

Pull Day:
Pull ups 4 x failure
Barbell Rows 4 x 10 reps
lat pull down and row machine 3 x 12 reps
some biceps stuff

Leg Day:
Squats 4 x 10 reps
Dumbbell lunges 3 x 10 reps
Leg raises 3 x 12 reps
hamstring and glute machines + calf raises

Shoulder day:
Standing Press 4 x 10 reps
rear rope pulls 3 x 12 reps
side lateral raises 3 x 15 reps
i also do abs, triceps, and biceps on this day then reset my 4 days
