In short: gpu GTX 750ti or R7 260x(radeon 7850) cpu i5 or i7, i3 minimum. 60 or 144 hz refresh rate monitor really if you pro or just a casual.
Soon I will get an 7850 and will benchmark it in CS:GO with an i5 to show you guys how much fps you can get. This graphic card is really cheap right now if you can find it and I recommend for anyone who is on a budget.
