On PC it's a luxery to allow your CBBE using characters to bathe and have clean water. Nothing Pixie despises more than a man who stinks. The build your own pool mod
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13316/? will allow you to build a pool but the real GEM are the showers and fixtures; my only other predicament is ever notice in the settlements that don't have access to water; big ass Water purifiers are useless; unless you can dig a well. I couldn't do it with BYOP; however https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10075 Settlement Objects Expansion (ALL DLC) took care of that for me. I built a water plane; and then hooked a purifier into it. Boom You now have water at places like Tenpines Bluffs. Like and subscribe for more mod videos.
