Tested with Raspberry Pi 4 2GB
Raspberry Pi OS 32bit

Silent cooling is referring to the fan being off just relying on the excellent heat sink.
I was very impressed, even without powering the fan it was still effective

Overclock settings

CPU 2147
GPU 700

Tested at 5V,3V and unplugged in silent/dark mode
