Icewind Dale 2 Gameplay Guide - Which Class Should I Play?
4Much like the first game in the Icewind Dale series, you can choose from a group of pre-generated characters, or you can create your own party from scratch. 3rd Edition D&D rules are unique, so when it comes to which class you should play in Icewind Dale 2, it helps knowing what the pros and cons of the various classes are.
There are several different pre-generated parties set up by the developers so when you start IWD2 for the first time you can simply choose one that has a group of characters and backstory that you enjoy. Or, you can spend a few hours like many of us do when we are preparing an Icewind Dale complete playthrough and create your perfect class combination of six characters from scratch.
Either way, you'll have a well-rounded party of unique classes to take you through to Icewind Dale in this classic CRPG from Black Isle back in the glory days of D&D computer games :)
