From our use the IDAPT i4 worked as expected, it was easy to interchange the tips by using the release buttons. and the LED indicator chows when devices is charging (red), charged(green). There is also a USB port to charge devices that don't have corresponding tips. In all the IDAPT i4 is easy to use and a breeze to set-up
