In this tutorial, I have had a discussion on the costs and benefits of a proposed information system. Both Costs and Benefits of a system can be of two kinds - Tangible and Intangible. So, in this tutorial a deep discussion has been put on Tangible Costs, Tangible Benefits, Intangible Costs and Intangible Benefits of a proposed information system. The discussion has taken place in Bangla language.

I have followed chapter 3 from the book "Systems Analysis and Design" by Kendall and Kendall.
