Idle Makeover Shin 100% Transformation - Gameplay Walkthrough Part 4
14Let's transform totally the newly unlocked Shin character with different makeover techniques in Idle Makeover, a simulation game made by Mindstorm Studios. So, after having tapped like crazy on the megaphone (that gives hearts), I've finally unlocked SHIN for you, subscribers and viewers, who have asked so much for him! :)
Shin is the fourth character to choose in the game (from the left). He is extremely hard to unlock because he needs way too many hearts to be available. But because you, dear subscribers, have asked so much for him (I received a lot of private messages asking me to unlock him and to make a new video with commentary while transforming him), well, I couldn't disappoint you, could I?
So I increased the number of hearts that I can obtain per second by using the prestige multiplier several times (look at the trophy icon for it), and by tapping like never on the megaphone to obtain enough hearts and finally bring Shin to you all. :)
Let's talk quickly about the prestige system in Idle Makeover. On the right side of your game screen, look for the trophy icon and tap on it. That will open a prestige popup. This window shows the quantity of prestige points that you have earned so far by playing.
For instance, if the prestige multiplier after reset is 1.57x then it means you have earned 0.57x prestige points. 1x is the default.
For every 3 minutes you play Idle Makeover, that will give you 0.01 prestige points. So keep playing and you will increase your number of prestige points.
Once you have enough prestige points, tap the "Prestige Now" button in the popup and start the game from scratch. Indeed, the prestige system resets the game progress, so you are going to start over the game. You will have to upgrade all makeovers and build up the quantity of hearts. It's not compulsory of course, but you get a much higher quantity of hearts per second after each prestige, thanks to the multiplier bonus.
For example, if before the prestige you were earning 5 millions of hearts/second. And if you do a 3x prestige (3x multiplier), you will earn 15 millions of hearts/second (at the same stage of the game, without doing any other upgrade). As you can see, you should do the prestige when you have a good multiplier amount to claim.
Idle Makeover is not going to reset the prestige points each time you do the prestige. That means that when you do the prestige for the second or third time (or whatever number of time), you will not lose the bonus multiplier that you earned from the previous prestige. It will be added to the next prestige multiplier bonus.
So you are going to ask me "Why should I do the prestige in Idle Makeover?", and my answer is simple. When you advance in this game, you will need a higher quantity of hearts to complete the different makeovers. And the default multiplier (the one you have from the start of the game) is not going to help you to achieve that. So I recommend you to do the prestige and claim its multiplier bonus to increase your revenue of hearts.
Beside, you can of course grab some free ingame bonus like the flying TV (that will reward you with a good quantity of hearts after you accept to watch a video ad), the 2x speed booster (the blue lightning icon), the instant promo (hand with the thumb up icon), the wheel of fortune (to get diamonds or free boosters).
Obviously, the most important thing to do still is to upgrade the broadcast income to the max (1 billion of hearts/second) then to tap frantically on it. :)
Forget the offline income because it's just a small bonus. It's limited to 8 hours (max) and it doesn't reward you with a significant amount of hearts.
Shin is going to be completely changed between the start and the end of my video. All makeovers and upgrades for Shin will be at MAX level at the end of my video!
I finish totally the following makeovers on Shin in this video (max level in all makeovers): hair growth, face mask, teeth braces, Pro Vision 1 & 2, trimmer, charcoal mask, cavity filling, hair dye, facial hair, teeth flossing, eyebrows, hair style, face polish, scaling, eye color.
