2x Woodular Circle (drops from Walking Sticks)
5x Distilled Water (Alchemy Shop or World 3 monsters)
1x Capitalist Case ( Encroaching Forest Villas Shop)
Craft the Googley Eyes and go to The Mimic Hole.
Drop the Googley Eyes ontop of the broken hourglass (that I called a punching bag in the video, just realized now that it's an hourglass. Makes more sense now ).
The world will freeze and Biggie Hours will spawn.
Kill the boss to return the flow of time to normal.
