About a month ago, there was this bot going around by the name of Logan that was on every single YouTube video, no-matter what that video was. This bot channel reportedly hacks the owner's channel by commenting positive things, and if the owner of the channel decides to interact with the comment, then... well... you get hacked. The only way to prevent being hacked is to have 2-Factor Authentication enabled. If you are watching this and you happen to be a content creator, spread the word, although... these bot channels haven't been noticed for awhile so, I think all content creators are safe for Now.
