IK+ Gameplay Amiga
3Hello and welcome to a gameplay video, This time it's of Archer Maclean's IK+, and what a fantastic game this is and still play great to this day.
For those of you that don't know, this is probably the first of its kind, one on one side fighting game that actually allows you to have three fighters on screen at the same time. This does, however, require two joysticks and one sap on the keyboard to play, but how exciting is that? not that I have played in this way, it was either just me against the two CPUs or against a friend or family member. (After consulting Wiki, apparently, you could only have two humans and the CPU, silly me)
The first time I played this was on my C64 and that still looks great, even against the more powerful Amiga, it still plays just as solidly and still features the incredible soundtrack and bone-crunching sound effects. If my memory serves me correctly, the music was composed by the incredible Rob Hubbard, with a long and interesting tune, which was you bopping your head throughout the game.
