392Illuminate is extremely niche, and lost its niche in Generation 9. Today we'll shine a light on it in this discussion and hopefully it can outshine some other abilities.
Note: Despite the alleged data from the game files, I prefer to wait until it's fully in the game, before saying that a change was made. For example, they've coded unreleased event pokémon in moves into the game data without officially releasing it, Gen after Gen.
